FAIDIKA: Kuchukua mikopo ya biashara bila elimu ya ujasiriamali ni hatari

Wajasiriamali
wakitanzania wameonywa dhidi ya tabia ya kuchukua mikopo bila kuwa na
elimu sahihi ya kuziendesha biashara zao, lakini badala yake wanapaswa
pia kupata elimu ya ujasiriamali kama wanahitaji kuziendeleza biashara
zao.
Wataalam
wameonya kuwa mikopo bila ya kuwa na ujuzi wa uendesheji biashara
unaweza sababisha biashara kufanya vibaya, mtaji kufa kabisa na
kupelekea mkopaji kubaki na madeni makubwa.
Akizungumza
wakati wa warsha ya siku mbili iliyoandaliwa na FAIDIKA kwa
wajasiriamali wadogo na wa kati kupata mafunzo ya usimamizi wa biashara
na fedha iliyofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam mwishoni mwa wiki, Mkurugenzi
wa viwanda vidogo na biashara ndogo ndogo na wa kati kutoka Wizara ya
Viwanda na Biashara, Consolata Ishebabi alisema biashara za kitanzania
zinashindwa kuendelea kutokana na ukosefu wa elimu ya usimamizi bora na
uongozi wa biashara.
“Watanzania
wengi wajasiriamali wanadhani kuwa na mtaji wa kutosha ni njia pekee ya
kufanikiwa katika biashara. Hili ni wazo potofu. Wengi uchukua mikopo
baada ya hapo biashara zao ushindwa kukua na wanajikuta katika madeni
makubwa,” alisema.
Aliwaasa
wajasiriamali kujenga utamaduni wa kutafuta mafunzo fasaha kabla ya
kuwekeza sana katika biashara ambazo hawazifahamu kiundani.
Kwa
upande wake, Ofisa Mtendaji Mkuu wa FAIDIKA Marion Moore alisema ikiwa
ni kama mchango wa kampuni yake kwenye ustawi wa jamii ya kitanzania,
FAIDIKA imetanua wigo wa elimu ya ujasiriamali mpaka kwa jamii ya
kitanzania isiyokuwa na uwezo, kupitia warsha ya mafunzo ya usimamizi wa
biashara na uhamasishaji ijulikanayo kama ‘FAIDIKA FREE Financial
Empowerment, ikiwa na kauli mbiu ya ‘NAWEZA’.
Warsha
hiyo pia iliyoambatana na uzinduzi wa kitabu cha mafunzo kilichoandikwa
na wataalam watatu wa mafunzo ya biashara, imeanzia jijini Dar es Salaam
na itaendelea katika mikoa mingine.
“Mpango
huu umelenga katika kukuza na kutekeleza mbinu za ukuzaji uchumi kwa
watu wa hali ya chini kama walemavu na watu waishio katika mazingira
magumu kupitia mikopo midogo midogo na elimu ya ujasiriamali na
itafanyika kama warsha ya siku mbili itakayojumuisha masuala yote ya
jinsi gani ya kuanzisha, kuendesha biashara na pia jinsi ya kutumia
teknolojia hususani ya simu za mokoni ili kuboresha biashara,” alisema.
Bi Moore
alisema kuwa mwishoni mwa warsha, washiriki wataweza kutambua ni
biashara ya aina gani wanataka kuifanya, kuandika mchanganuo wa
biashara, kufanya mahesabu ya awali na kuweza kubadilisha maisha yao.
"Haya
ni majaribio ya awali ya elimu kwa umma na utafanyika katika mkoa wa
Dar es Salaam, Mbeya na Arusha, ikilenga jumla ya washiriki 300 kutoka
katika makundi matatu: Wanawake wa Tanzania asilimia 34, watu wenye
ulemavu asilimia 32 na watu wa kawaida mitaani asilimia 34," alisema.
Kwa hatua
nyingine, Ofisa mtendaji mkuu huyo wa FAIDIKA alidokeza kuwa, mbali na
kuwakopesha waajiriwa kama ilivyokuwa desturi yao, taasisi yake ya fedha
hivi karibuni itaanza kutoa mikopo kwa Wajasiriamali wadogo na wa kati,
taasisi ndogo za fedha, kukopesha kwenye biashara, na itakuwa
ikifanyakazi kwa ukaribu na watu wanaojituma, waaminifu na kujiamini
kuwa wanaweza kama ilivyo kauli mbiu yao ya ‘NAWEZA’.
Bi Moore
alibainisha kuwa wajasiriamali watakaopata mafunzo hayo pia wataingia
katika shindano la uandishi wa mchanganuo wa biashara, ambapo mshindi
atapokea zawadi ya pesa taslim itakayokuwa kama mtaji kwa mchanganuo huo
wa biashara ulioshinda.
Kwa niaba
ya washiriki wote wa mafunzo hayo, Mwenyekiti wa Kundi la wajasiriamali
walemavu (FAMASA disabled group), Lillian Kabalika, aliipongeza FAIDIKA
kwa kutambua umuhimu wa kuwasaidia watu wenye ulemavu kwa kuwapatia
elimu ya ujasiriamali bure.
